Contact details and questions submitted here are retained for David Vogel’s investor follow-up. They are not shown publicly. Do not enter tax identifiers or identity documents in the inquiry form.

The signing workspace requires sign-in. Entries remain in your browser tab until you submit or download them; this site does not save unsubmitted entries across visits. Submitted signed PDFs and execution records are stored privately and are available to the submitting account and the portal owner for review and recordkeeping.

Execution records include your authenticated account email, typed name, time, source and submitted document hashes, signature-page confirmations, initial-slot confirmations, signer role, consent election and browser information. Supporting identity, verification, authority, tax, source-of-funds and wire-confirmation records that you upload are retained privately for Company review. Signup does not verify accreditation or accept an investment.

To request a paper copy, ask about retention or deletion, update your contact details, or withdraw electronic consent for future unsigned records, contact idavidalanvogel@gmail.com or 603-293-6074. Executed investment and tax records may need to be retained for Company obligations. No additional Company fee applies to a paper copy.

For joint purchasers, each individual must sign their own required fields. An independent verifier must complete their own verification. No Company acceptance is implied by a submission.
